BRITISH CACTUS AND SUCCULENT SOCIETY

Isle of Wight Branch 2007/8

The Isle of Wight Branch of the British Cactus & Succulent Society holds meetings at St. Paul's Parish Centre, School Lane, Newport (Staplers Road end) on the 3rd Friday of each month at 7pm - 10pm.

All are welcome. We are a very friendly club and look forward to meeting you and learning about these fascinating plants. A varied lecture programme includes an invited speaker at most meetings and the list for the coming year is laid out below.

a) STENT CUP: For any Succulent (inc. Cacti) 4" pot or less
b) BRANCH CUP: For a specimen Cactus (no pot limit)
c) BRANCH SHIELD: For a specimen Succulent (no pot limit)
N.B. Up to two plants may be entered in each class and points will
be awarded for prizes as judged. The member with the greatest
number of points during the year for each class will receive a trophy.
There will be no Table Show in Jan, May, Aug & Dec.
