You'll find details about the Society, about membership, and about our Journal and Annual Meeting and Show. We feature a different Mammillaria each month, and sometimes these include newly described species. May UPDATE!!
and a reminder of:
Our sister society, the Arbeitskreis für Mammillarienfreunde, has started a Forum specially for those who grow Mammillarias. The Forum language is primarily German, but many of the postings are in English. It has a number of first descriptions and a nice growing gallery of photographs. Some new forms of plants are also starting to appear, so it is well worth looking at. It can be found by following this link. Above all, we hope you will share our delight in this genus of plants, that stretches from Central America and the Caribbean through all of Mexico and deep into the Western States of the USA. New discoveries are being made all the time, and this web site will feature them once described in the appropriate Journal. |
ENJOY!!
